One hundred & Eight

A sleek and exceptionally designed apartment tower setting the standard for inner-city living including spacious architect-designed apartments, 360 degree city views, extensive residents facilities and a central location. Initially pitched to an international audience, the campaign needed a recognisable brand to cut through a noisy international market with heavy competition.

The strategy was simple, to push Perth as the campaign hero and lift its international appearance to appeal to overseas and inter-state investors. To achieve this, we produced dramatic monotone photography inspired by the elite cities of the world. The final edit concealed the project location, presenting an iconic and desirable location for living and investment that could be anywhere in the world.



Black. Bold and Beautiful. Soft curves of the logotype, delicate typography and oversized lifestyle imagery create high visual impact throughout the marketing materials. Without trepidation, this theme was carried through to the extensive display suite giving a lasting impression on potential buyers.
